4. Payment & Refund Policy

We charge a one-time fee per property appeal. If your appeal is not accepted by the county and your property tax assessment is not lowered, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase with a proof of denial.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including AI-generated reports, code, and design elements, are the intellectual property of Smart Appeal AI. You may not reuse or redistribute any part without written permission.

6. Account Termination
